It is important to Total Relief Skincare that our clients are happy with the quality of service and products they receive. Total Relief Skincare will issue a full refund or send a replacement product on any item if your original product is returned within 30 days of original delivery.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please review our shipping chart below to estimate the shipping time and cost on merchandise purchases: Total Relief Skincare is pleased to ship to our customers in the United States and Canada only.

We ship via USPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day and Overnight within the 48 contiguous United States.

We ship only UPS 2nd Day and Overnight to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

United States Shipping Rates: FREE for orders $50 or more

$5 for orders under $50

Canada Shipping Rates: $15 on all orders, we use expedited shipping that arrives 5 days after your order.

RETURNS / EXCHANGE RESTRICTIONS

We are committed to making sure you are satisfied with your products. We stand by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee!  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement product on any item if your original product is returned within 30 days of delivery. No refunds or replacements will be issued for any product purchased at any other retail location and/or website.

Please return merchandise packed in its original shipping box, along with a copy of the packing slip enclosed with your purchase. Only the price of the items purchased will be refunded. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.

All refunds/replacements will be issued within 14 business days of return shipment receipt.

Please make sure to ship all returns using a service that allows tracking. No refund will be issued for lost returns. Total Relief Skincare does not ship replacements to PO Boxes and/or Military Addresses.

SHIPMENTS

Please note that all domestic orders placed before 3:00 PM EST, should be shipped next business day (excluding weekends and holidays).

All domestic orders placed after 3:00 PM EST on weekdays, anytime on weekends and holidays should be shipped next available business day. Once the order has been shipped, please allow 2 to 3 business days for that order to appear in our tracking system.

AFO / PO Boxes / International Orders

AFO / PO Box: Please note that at this time we only ship to AFO/FPO or PO Boxes for USPS Shipment. All Next Day and Second orders will ship by UPS and will not be able to be sent to a AFO/FPO PO Box International Shipping: Only Domestic orders are processed through the website at this time.
