Consuming avocados can help maintain and keep hair healthy! Avocados are rich in beta-carotene, vitamin B and C, and E. Vitamin B and C are essential vitamins for hair growth and vitamin E provides oxygen to cells and promotes scalp circulation.

Fun fact: Because of the high fat content of avocados, you can use them as hair conditioners! Mash a ripe avocado and apply it to damp hair after shampooing. Leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes and then thoroughly rinse and dry your hair.
